Every appointment is one-on-one, with time to talk through your goals, care for your hair, and focus on the details. Cancellation Policy
BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please review the following before booking:
BOOKING DEPOSITS
A valid card and the required deposit are needed to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward your service total and are non-refundable. Your deposit may be transferred once when you reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment.
CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are subject to a 70% fee. Any deposit already paid counts toward this fee, rather than being charged in addition to it.
LATE ARRIVALS
Please contact me if you are running late. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may require a shortened service or rescheduling. If your appointment cannot proceed due to lateness, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook. Any deposit retained counts toward the applicable cancellation fee. If your service proceeds, your deposit remains applied toward your service total.
EXTENSION APPOINTMENTS
New extension clients must complete a consultation before scheduling an installation. Extension hair must be purchased through Sanglón Studio and paid in full before installation. Your extension consultation fee is credited toward your installation.
ILLNESS
If you are feeling unwell, please contact me as early as possible to discuss rescheduling.
RESPECTFUL ENVIRONMENT
Sanglón Studio is a welcoming space built on mutual respect. Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior may result in the appointment ending and future bookings being declined.
By booking, you acknowledge these policies and authorize applicable cancellation or no-show charges to your card on file.
